Welcome to Studylounge. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Studylounge application and any services provided through the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Studylounge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2. User Accounts
To use certain features of Studylounge, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

However, by posting or uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, modify, publicly display, and reproduce your content for the purposes of operating and improving the App.
Our Content: All materials and content provided through Studylounge (excluding User Content), including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Studylounge or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Studylounge at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Studylounge makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to its reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studylounge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studylounge, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
